*Thank you for your purchase of Cousin Ruby's Pecan Cobbler. The Pecan Cobbler is fully baked. The pecan cobbler is dated with the expiration date of one year from the date the Pecan Cobbler was baked, as long as it remains frozen. The Pecan Cobbler was baked, cooled, then frozen. Pecans Cobblers are shipped frozen. During heat times of year, cold packs are packed with the Pecan Cobbler, but may no last during shipping period. Pecan Cobblers will thaw out, however, Pecan Cobbler can be re-frozen upon receipt. Please keep frozen until ready to eat. Once thawed, store in refrigerator and consume within seven days. For warming your Cobbler, thaw to room temperature, preheat oven to 425 degrees, remove plastic wrap & cover with foil, bake for 8-10 minutes.
Pecan Cobbler are shipped with an ice pack if temperatures are over 80 degrees.
