4 cups diced warm cooked potatoes
1 cup celery, chopped
2 Tbsp pimento, chopped
1/2 to 2/3 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ cup French dressing
4 hardboiled eggs, chopped
2 Tbsp green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp pickle relish


1. Mix all ingredients well and chill.
