*Thank you for your purchase of Aunt Eula's Pecan Pie. The Pecan Pie is fully baked. The pecan pie is dated with the expiration date of one year from the date the Pecan Pie was baked, as long as it remains frozen. The Pecan pie was baked, cooled, then frozen. Pecans Pies are shipped frozen. During heat times of year, cold packs are packed with the Pecan Pie, but may no last during shipping period. Pecan Pies will thaw out, however, Pecan Pie can be re-frozen upon receipt. Please keep frozen until ready to eat. Once thawed, store in refrigerator and consume within seven days. For warming your pie, thaw to room temperature, preheat oven to 425 degrees, remove plastic wrap & cover with foil, bake for 8-10 minutes.
Pecan Pies are shipped with an ice pack if temperatures are over 80 degrees.
