The pecan pie is dated with the expiration date of one year from the date the Pecan Pie was baked, as long as it remains frozen. The Pecan pie was baked, cooled, then frozen. Pecans Pies are shipped frozen. During heat times of year, cold packs are packed with the Pecan Pie, but may no last during shipping period. Pecan Pies will thaw out, however, Pecan Pie can be re-frozen upon receipt. Please keep frozen until ready to eat. Once thawed, store in refrigerator and consume within seven days.
