At this time, Pecans.com ships merchandise to locations within the lower 48 continuous United States on this Web site. For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands please call for shipping quote. Additionally, Pecans.com will ship to Canada and Mexico, please call for quote. Pecans.com does not ship to any other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

- Pecans.com ships via UPS Ground, Fedex & USPS Priority Flat Rate only in the continuous lower 48 United States, Hawaii, Alaska, FPO & APO adresses. Please note that UPS does NOT ship to Post Office Boxes. It is customer responsibility to provide Pecans.com with correct shipping address for UPS, Fedex or USPS shipment. Pecans.com will make every effort to call customer if shipping address is incorrect with UPS, Fedex or USPS . Shipment will be held until correct address is provided. If customer has a Post Office Box, please supply complete zip code, in this format, 55555-5555. Extra charges may be applied by Post Office if shipment can not be delivered to Post Office Box for incomplete zip code. Extra charges incurred by extraneous shipping issues will be the responsibility of the customer. Bulk Product (Pecan Halves & Pieces, Pecan Meal and Squirrel Pecans will not be shipped unless physical street address provided, NO PO BOXES PLEASE).
- All orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8am-5pm. NO "on hold" orders accepted. However, Pecans.com is not open on weekends and all weekend orders are shipped on the following Monday (except for holidays that fall on Monday, and will be shipped on Tuesday).During holiday periods, please understand that orders increase, and it may take longer for orders to be packed and shipped. Pecans.com bakes and builds everything from scratch, so it may take longer for orders to be shipped. Orders are packed in the order received.
- Any Coupon Codes or Special Offers are for Purchased Product ONLY, Taxes and Shipping are excluded from ANY and ALL Coupon Codes or Special Offers.
- Online orders $215.00 and above have different shipping rates applied. Please call for placing orders above $500.00.

- When a Shipping Label is created, it can be seen in appropriate tracking application as created. This indicates customer order is being handled. However, the shipment does not start tracking until THE CARRIER SCANS the package when it is picked it up. Second Day Air (FEDEX & UPS) does not start until THE CARRIER SCANS the package when it is pick it up. For example, if it takes Pecans.com 2 days to build and pack shipment and it is Second Day Air, then the clock starts on Second Day Air when the carrier picks it up and scans it. Second Day Air does not count on weekends or holidays, it only counts on actual Business Days.
- Squirrel pecans, 30 lb bulk pecan meal, 30 lb bulk walnuts, 30 lb bulk pecan halves and pieces are excluded from ANY and ALL Special Sales (coupon codes) and free shipping offers.
- If shipping to multiple addresses, separate orders are required. Applicable shipping rates apply for EACH separate shipping address. Multiple addresses maybe stored within customer profile, however, only one address can be applied for each order placed. Pecans.com Shopping Cart has multiple destination shipping.

Pecans.com is not responsible for shipped perishables, chocolate and similarly coated items if Second Day shipping is not selected at checkout.Pecans.com will add ice packs to help prevent melting, but these items will not be guaranteed against melting when temperatures are above 80 degrees, and Second Day shipping is not selected. - Online orders placed on late Friday, Saturday and Sunday do not ship until Monday morning. UPS & Fedex 2nd day orders must be placed before 11am CST to ship that day or it will ship the following day. Weekends are not included in 2nd Day.
- The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Pecans.com places no guaranteed delivery dates on any shipped package. It becomes the responsibility of the carrier once shipment leaves Pecans.com Warehouse.
- For our military overseas, shipping to APO/FPO addresses is free.
Shipping to Canada and Mexico
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Sale and Special Product are non-returnable or refundable.
Non Sale or Regular Purchased Product have a 30 day limit for exchange or refund.

Regular orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging. Please notify Pecans.com by phone 800.473.2267 or email retail@ pecans.com before the return.
Return address: 1020 West Front St Goldthwaite TX 76844. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s). Pecans.com will not pay for shipping on return items. A refund will be issued for the amount of items only, and will not include original shipping costs. An exchange of identical product is also acceptable if decided agreeably between customer and Pecans.com, however Pecans.com will not pay for shipping.
