Regular orders can be returned or refunded within 30 days of RECEIVING in their original packaging. Please notify Pecans.com by phone 800.473.2267 or email retail@ pecans.com before the return.
Return address: 1013 West Front St Goldthwaite TX 76844. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s). Pecans.com will not pay for shipping on return items. A refund will be issued for the amount of items only, and will not include original shipping costs. An exchange of identical product is also acceptable if decided agreeably between customer and Pecans.com, however Pecans.com will not pay for shipping. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us positive.
