Thank you for your purchase of Cousin Ruby's Pecan Cobbler. The Pecan Cobbler is fully baked. It is dated with a best by date one year from production as long as it is kept frozen.
The Pecan Cobbler was baked, cooled and then frozen. Pecan Cobblers are shipped frozen. During the heat of summer, Pecan Cobblers will be shipped with ice packs if temperature is over 80 degrees, but may not last during shipping.
The Cobbler may thaw out, however it can be re-frozen upon receipt. Please keep frozen until ready to consume. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
To warm your Cobbler, thaw to room temperature, preheat oven to 425 degrees, remove plastic wrap & cover with foil, bake for 8-10 minutes.
