Pecan meal is great for making pie crust and for making an excellent crust for meat. I can fry or bake with it. If I fry it, use extra virgin olive oil.

Really, loved this pecan meal/flour. I use it mostly as flour on my Low Carb High Fat diet. It is easy to work with and the flavor is excellent. Since I use pecan meal as flour it can get pretty expensive! I was looking for a good lower cost flour and with this flour I found it. Now my Keto Bread looks beautiful (like a really good whole wheat bread) and tastes great. Love this pecan meal!
