5 Excellent Substitute For Butter!

I keep Pecan Oil from "Pecans Dot Com" on my shelf next to the Olive and Avocado oils. It is an excellent monosaturated oil and has a light and buttery taste. I use it instead of butter to make cake icing.

This heart-healthy oil has a light flavor and has a smoke point of 470 degrees, making it perfect for frying. It is rich in monounsaturated oils, including oleic acid (52%) and linoleic acid (36.6%). Its mild nutty flavor enhances salads and it has less saturated fat than olive oil (9.5% vs.13.5%).

I have bought this pecan oil before, and love it. I use it in much of my cooking and salads. This order arrived very quickly and was well packed.
